Founded by Albert Mhaka, who is its sole Partner. Mhaka Attorneys was first registered with the Law Society of Zimbabwe in the year 1994, then known as Mhaka and Associates, with offices in Chinhoyi, Harare and Victoria Falls . In the year 1996 the founder and partner Mr. Albert Mhaka relocated to practice in Gaborone Botswana where Mhaka Attorneys (Botswana) was registered and operated in 1998 until 2012, resuming the firm’s operations in the Republic of Zimbabwe in the year 2013.

The firm has a well-established clientele base and is growing in step with Zimbabwe’s development and changing economy. With outstanding experience acquired in the jurisdictions of both Botswana and Zimbabwe, the firm has since been reckoned among practices of good repute in Zimbabwe with offices in Gweru, Harare and Victoria Falls.
